## **Job Title:** Real Estate Sales Manager **Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka **Experience:** 4 to 8 Years **Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives **Industry:** Real Estate **Employment Type:** Full-time --- ### **Job Description:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Real Estate Sales Manager** to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful sale of residential and/or commercial properties. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. * Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to drive performance. * Generate leads through various offline and online channels. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations. * Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers. * Maintain a strong database of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions. * Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers. * Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. * Report sales performance to senior management and suggest improvements. * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle client queries efficiently. --- ### **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 4 to 8 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Bengaluru market. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Must be proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented. * Knowledge of local property laws and RERA guidelines is a plus. * Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred. --- ### **Perks & Benefits:** * Attractive incentives and performance bonuses * Mobile and travel allowances (if applicable) * Career growth opportunities * Training and skill development programs --- ### **Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Weekends mandatory; weekly off on weekdays)
