This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with some experience to gain hands-on exposure in real-time civil construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Site Engineer/Project Manager in daily site operations. Monitor construction activities to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other on-site personnel. Assist in preparing daily progress reports and documentation. Conduct quantity estimation and basic site measurements. Ensure site safety protocols are followed. Learn to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (completed or final year students may apply). Strong interest in civil construction and site execution. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced construction environment. Basic understanding of civil drawings, materials, and construction practices.
