Expectation: plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects. Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on a daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Monitor and track the construction materials and closure with a reconciliation statement. Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Key Responsibilities: (preferably retired ex-service men) Administrative Duties: Maintain and manage all site-level administrative activities. Coordinate with HO for staff requirements, logistics, and daily operations. Ensure smooth functioning of office supplies, utilities, and transport. Handle basic HR documentation—joining, ID cards, leave applications, etc. Discipline & Site Supervision: Ensure site-level discipline among workers, staff, and subcontractors. Monitor punctuality, dress code (PPE), safety compliance, and overall conduct on-site. Assist in conflict resolution and ensure code of conduct is followed. Maintain daily site logbook and record behavioral or disciplinary incidents. Support in enforcing company rules, safety protocols, and labour laws. 📋 Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (preferred in ret ex-service men). 2–5 years of experience in any corporate companies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of labour law and site safety.
