About the Role : Sales Manager, Luxury Real Estate


In this role you will:

  • Lead the sales efforts for luxury residential and commercial properties, both domestic (Delhi NCR / Gurugram) and international (e.g. Dubai).
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and UHNIs.
  • Leverage your network and personal brand to uncover and onboard potential clients.
  • Conduct premium presentations, property viewings, deal structuring and negotiations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging investment opportunities in the luxury space.
  • Represent Sàwai at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions – building brand visibility and trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. acquisition, legal, marketing) to ensure seamless client experience.
