The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales targets, and managing client relationships for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Oversee daily sales activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends. Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to improve performance. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and setting clear objectives. Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and enhance lead generation. Handle high-value negotiations and close key deals. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-5 years in a managerial or team lead role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas. Ability to drive sales performance and meet targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive team environment.
