The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various sources, including referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns. Promote and sell real estate properties to potential clients. Provide detailed information to clients about available properties, project features, and benefits. Conduct site visits and property tours for interested clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure post-sales satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and new projects. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
