Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our resale real estate division . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property resale transactions and a proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team . This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance, build client relationships, and oversee end-to-end resale processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives focused on the resale market. Set individual and team sales targets and drive performance through regular monitoring and support. Assist team members in closing high-value resale transactions. Train, mentor, and guide the team on sales techniques, market knowledge, and customer handling. Generate leads through multiple channels and ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and brokers. Oversee client meetings, property site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. Ensure proper documentation and compliance in resale transactions. Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales pipeline, and market trends. Work closely with senior management to align sales strategies and goals. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate resale, with at least 1-2 years in a team management role . Strong knowledge of the local resale property market , pricing, and documentation process. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales team effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office . Educational qualification is not a strict requirement candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Note: We deal only with resale properties, so prior experience in the resale segment is essential.
