As a leading real estate open plotting company, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about real estate sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide training, mentoring, and support to enhance their performance.

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.
