Real Estate Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at MetroPark, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and managing relationships with existing and new Channel Partners (CPs). Your excellent English communication skills, pleasant demeanor, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and markets will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets by effectively marketing existing and upcoming inventory to prospective buyers and investors. - Align with existing CPs and bring new CPs on board to expand the network. - Connect with potential customers and manage enquiries and follow-ups systematically. - Generate sales through multiple marketing initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets. - Manage relationships with customers and CPs to ensure satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new products and markets. - Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
