Key Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified leads provided by the company and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Call prospective clients and encourage them to schedule site visits.
  • Conduct client meetings and property site visits to showcase projects.
  • Attend clients at project sites, present project details, resolve queries, and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, site visits, and sales conversions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer relations team for smooth client onboarding.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of the
