Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Company: GrowMax India Realtors Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Experience Required: 1–6 Years in Real Estate Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing team performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for various real estate projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. Conduct regular site visits, sales meetings, and follow-ups with clients. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign execution and lead management. Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Handle negotiations, deal closures, and documentation processes. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client escalations professionally. Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of local property market trends.
