Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners. Reporting & Analysis Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs. Present weekly/monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for all leads, opportunities, and transactions. 5. Compliance & Process Management Ensure all sales activities comply with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Oversee documentation, agreements, and post-sales coordination with other departments (legal, finance, etc.).
