Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Bellway Realtech’s projects. Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and close high-value deals. Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for repeat and referral business. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals. Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies. Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation during all interactions. Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (leadership experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle a team and maintain discipline and motivation. Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality. Knowledge of Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
