Job Description

The role of a Real Estate Sales Manager is crucial in the Project Management sector as it directly impacts the success of the company by driving sales and revenue through real estate transactions. This position plays a key role in team collaboration by coordinating sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Major industry trends like digitalization in property sales and changing customer preferences necessitate adaptability and innovation in this role. Key stakeholders include the sales team, clients, project managers, and senior leadership, positioning the Real Estate Sales Manager at the intersection of operational and strategic decision-making. Success in this role is measured by meeting sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, closing ratios, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for strategizing and executing sales plans, setting targets, and ensuring successful property transactions.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: This role involves addressing client needs, resolving conflicts, negotiating deals, and making critical decisions to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: The Real Estate Sales Manager works closely with marketing, finance, legal, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall project objectives.
  • Leadership and Mentorship:Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes, adopt new technologies, and innovate sales techniques to stay ahead in the competitive real estate market.
  • Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, real estate databases, digital marketing tools, financial modeling, and contract management systems.
  • Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Real estate license and certifications are preferred.
  • Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets and leading a sales team. Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, problem-solving attitude, leadership qualities, and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, property valuation, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end luxury real estate markets or commercial property sales.
  • Holding advanced real estate certifications such as Certified Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Sales Professional.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven property valuation tools, virtual reality property tours, and blockchain in real estate transactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in expanding market reach, scaling sales operations, or implementing innovative sales strategies.
  • Participation in real estate industry conferences, speaking engagements, or published articles on real estate sales techniques.
  • Additional fluency in foreign languages to cater to diverse clients and global markets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
