Key Responsibilities: - Engage in cold calling activities to connect with potential customers and promote our property solutions. - Thoroughly comprehend client requirements to offer personalized property recommendations tailored to their needs. - Implement a proactive follow-up strategy with leads to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales targets. - Coordinate and accompany clients on site visits to various project locations, providing detailed insights and assistance throughout the process. - Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and support. - Stay informed about project inventories, pricing dynamics, special offers, and real estate trends in Thane, Central Mumbai, and Western suburbs to deliver accurate and updated information to clients. - Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and sales progress, ensuring timely reporting and efficient record-keeping practices. Candidate Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with in-depth knowledge of the Thane, Central Mumbai, or Western Mumbai markets. - Demonstrate exceptional communication and telecalling skills to effectively engage with clients and address their inquiries. - Exhibit strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive successful property transactions and secure deals. - Show confidence in independently handling client queries and conducting site visits, showcasing professionalism and expertise in the field. - Maintain a target-driven mindset and a relentless focus on achieving desired results, contributing to the overall success of sales initiatives. - Having a two-wheeler for commuting purposes is considered an added advantage, facilitating efficient travel to various project locations and client meetings.,
