Lead Generation and Management: Identifying and pursuing potential clients through various channels, generating leads, and nurturing them to convert into sales.  Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with expert advice and support throughout the sales process.  Property Sales and Negotiation: Facilitating property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring smooth transactions for both buyers and sellers.  Market Research and Analysis: Staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and strategic guidance to clients.  Sales Reporting and Strategy: Preparing and presenting sales reports, collaborating with marketing teams to develop sales strategies, and contributing to the overall sales performance.  Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.  Skills and Qualifications: Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and build rapport with clients.  Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
