Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive. Mavenoak Properties LLP is hiring Salespersons for Real Estate Marketing in Kolkata. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you play a pivotal role in the real estate sector by facilitating property transactions, driving revenue, and fostering client relationships. Your work directly impacts the success of the company by securing deals, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a positive brand image in the market. Role Importance      The importance of this role in real estate lies in its ability to generate revenue, attract clients, and maintain a strong market presence for the company. Your efforts directly contribute to the bottom line and overall success of the business. This role fosters team collaboration by engaging with various departments such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure smooth property transactions. Your coordination with cross-functional teams is crucial for achieving company goals. Real estate is a dynamic industry with constant innovations, challenges, and trends. As a salesperson, you need to stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to remain competitive and provide the best service to clients. Key stakeholders you interact with include clients, property owners, real estate agents, financial institutions, and legal professionals. Your position in the company structure is pivotal, as you act as a bridge between clients and the company, representing its interests. Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, client satisfaction, deal closures, and market share growth. Meeting and exceeding these metrics demonstrates your effectiveness and contribution to the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities·       Project Planning and Execution: Meticulously plan property transactions, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and execute deals to ensure successful outcomes. ·       Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Handle challenges in negotiations, market fluctuations, and client preferences effectively to close deals. ·       Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams for seamless transactions. ·       Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members to enhance team performance. ·       Process Improvement and Innovation: Implement innovative sales strategies and adapt to market changes. ·       Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities: Conduct property viewings, prepare documentation, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel as a Real Estate Salesperson, you must possess the following skills, qualifications, and experiences: ·       Educational Requirements: MBA Freshers are eligible to apply. ·       Experience Level: Freshers are welcome to apply. ·       Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, customer service orientation, and adaptability are crucial. ·       Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate markets and client management will be an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications·       Proficiency in local languages, Hindi and English, Bengali. ·       Interest in the real estate or property market. ·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·       Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. Compensation and BenefitsJoining our team as a Real Estate Salesperson comes with a competitive compensation package and an array of benefits to support your professional growth and well-being: ·       Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on location and performance).
