Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the property sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, client management, negotiations, and closing deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales and leasing opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals. Conduct property tours, presentations, and open houses for potential buyers, sellers, and tenants. Maintain a portfolio of listings and ensure all property information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and/or commercial properties. Negotiate terms and prepare real estate contracts and documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Collaborate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective follow-up and service. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition to provide clients with valuable insights. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
