Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor and intermediary between real estate developers and potential buyers. Market and promote residential/commercial projects from leading builders. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online campaigns, referrals, and field visits. Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients. Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel. Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients for future referrals. Stay updated on market trends, developer offerings, and legal aspects of real estate. Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, follow-ups, and client servicing. Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management platforms is a plus. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
