Your experience of 1 to 3 years in the residential real estate sector, preferably with a builder or developer, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, makes you an ideal candidate. Your key responsibilities will include handling inquiries, assisting potential clients with property visits, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, achieving monthly sales targets, contributing to company growth, coordinating with the internal team for smooth sales transactions and documentation, staying updated with market trends, project launches, and competitor activities, as well as managing client follow-ups through calls, meetings, and site visits. As a female candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with a builder, you are required to possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is preferred. You should be confident, self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with fieldwork, and client meetings. The offered salary ranges from 18,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on your interview performance, experience, and skills. This is a full-time, on-site job type.
