Job Description

Two Wheeler Must Sales and lead generation: Identify, target, and acquire new clients; generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales. Negotiation and closing: Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, then finalize sales transactions to meet targets. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, other agents, and stakeholders through exceptional service and communication.  Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse clients and colleagues. Client-centric approach: Ability to listen to client requirements and provide personalized guidance.
