Sales Executives

Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms

  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options
  • Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals within timelines
  • Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business
  • Stay updated with local market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Faridabad/Delhi-NCR property market will be an advantage
  • Basic computer skills preferred
