Key Responsibilities:Perform general office duties such as cleaning, dusting, and maintaining hygiene of the premises. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors. Handle courier and postage-related tasks (receiving, dispatching, and distributing). Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as needed. Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, etc.) are stocked and maintained. Help in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and preparing for office events. Run errands as directed by office staff or management. Support administrative staff with small day-to-day tasks.

Create marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and digital content. Coordinate with landlords, developers, and channel partners. Stay updated on current market prices, trends, and competitor activities. Prepare sales and marketing reports for management. Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events. Ensure compliance with property laws and company policies. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
