Job Description

Job Responsibilities Generate leads for property sales, rentals, and plot deals. Meet clients to understand requirements and suggest suitable properties. Conduct property site visits and presentations. Go on field visits to collect new property inventories (residential, commercial, and plots) from owners and developers. Negotiate and close deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Maintain and update client and property databases (CRM). Follow up with clients and ensure post-sale/rental satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline). List properties on real estate portals and social media platforms. Create marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and digital content. Coordinate with landlords, developers, and channel partners. Stay updated on current market prices, trends, and competitor activities. Prepare sales and marketing reports for management. Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events. Ensure compliance with property laws and company policies. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
