Real Estate Sales Consultant

As a Business Development Executive or Manager in our real estate division, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling real estate projects in Jagraon to clients with an investment capacity of 50 lakhs or more. Your primary focus will be on generating quality leads, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include proactively generating leads, utilizing your network of HNIs and investors, conducting site visits in Jagraon, negotiating high-value deals, and providing regular sales reports and market analysis. You will be expected to stay well-informed on market trends and competitor activity in the Ludhiana-Jagraon region. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with the Ludhiana and Jagraon property markets is a plus. The compensation for this position ranges from 15,572.15 to 25,000 per month based on experience and skills, with additional performance-based incentives.
