Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive or Manager in the real estate division, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate projects in Jagraon to clients with an investment capacity of 50 lakhs or more. Your main focus will be on generating quality leads, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively generate leads and utilize your network of HNIs and investors - Conduct site visits in Jagraon - Negotiate high-value deals - Provide regular sales reports and market analysis - Stay well-informed on market trends and competitor activity in the Ludhiana-Jagraon region Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales or business development - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet targets - Familiarity with the Ludhiana and Jagraon property markets is a plus Additional Details: The compensation for this position ranges from 15,572.15 to 25,000 per month based on experience and skills, with additional performance-based incentives.
