Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide project consultations.

• Schedule and conduct site visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Stay updated with market trends, projects and pricing.

• Maintain and update CRM tools and sales reports.

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

• Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a plus.
