Real Estate Sales Consultant

Role Overview: As a passionate and results-driven sales professional in the real estate sector, you will join a PAN India based group of companies with a focus on driving sales for projects in Jagraon. Your primary target audience will be clients interested in investing 25 lakhs INR or more. Your successful track record in real estate sales and existing client network will play a crucial role in meeting and surpassing sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Actively generate leads and nurture a pipeline of potential clients - Utilize your database of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and serious investors - Conduct site visits, negotiate and close sales deals - Develop strong relationships with clients - Stay informed about market trends - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in selling real estate products - Strong network of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and investors - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets Additional Company Details: This full-time, permanent position offers benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the work location at the Ludhiana (Malhar Road office) and project site visits in Jagraon.
