Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant (Property advisor)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location: Kanker, CG

Salary-INR-3,00,000/PER ANNUM

· Experience in real estate sales (especially land/plot/flats).

· Strong communication and persuasion skills.

· Knowledge of the local area (Kanker).

· Track record of meeting sales targets.

· Comfort with field work and customer visits.

• Primary job is to convince customers to buy plots, flats, and other properties.
• Skilled in negotiation, customer handling, property presentations, and closing deals.
• Works directly with clients during site visits and explains benefits of the property.
• Focuses on generating leads, following up with potential buyers, and building client relationships.
• Works on marketing and networking to bring in new customers.
• Advises customers on suitable properties based on their preferences and budget.
• Helps in decision-making and builds trust with the client.
• A more experienced professional who leads the sales team and personally handles high-value deals.
• Expert at closing premium property sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,298.23 - ₹30,000.00 per month
