• Actively seek out and engage with potential buyers and sellers in the real estate market.
• Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and financial considerations to offer suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings, provide tours, and effectively showcase the features and benefits of available properties.
• Negotiate terms of sale, prepare contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements and client satisfaction.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle for transportation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and trends.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
