Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Resale Sales Manager to lead and scale our secondary real estate sales vertical. The role involves managing resale inventory, handling high-value negotiations, coordinating with property owners & buyers, and driving fast closures with clear documentation and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead resale & secondary market sales for residential & commercial properties
• Handle high-ticket closures (₹2 Cr+ to ₹20 Cr+)
• Build & manage resale inventory (owners, investors, landlords)
• Coordinate with property owners, buyers, lawyers & bankers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms & closure timelines
• Manage site visits, deal structuring & final closures
• Maintain accurate data in CRM & resale inventory sheets
• Work closely with inventory, CRM & legal teams
• Ensure smooth agreement to registry / possession process
• Train & guide junior resale sales executives
• Develop local market intelligence & competitor pricing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–9 years experience in real estate resale / secondary market sales
• Strong network of property owners & investors
• Proven record of resale deal closures
• Deep understanding of Gurgaon micro-markets & pricing
• Excellent negotiation & client-handling skills
• Knowledge of registry, GPA, power of attorney, stamp duty & documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury resale projects (₹5 Cr+)
• Familiarity with Dwarka Expressway, Golf Course Road, SPR
• Knowledge of RERA norms & resale compliance
• Ability to handle HNIs, NRIs & investor clients
