Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving real estate sales, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expert advice to clients. Daily tasks include meeting with potential buyers and sellers, showcasing properties, negotiating sale terms, and keeping up to date with market trends. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure continued success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales
• Proven experience in providing excellent Customer Service
• Knowledge of the Real Estate market and industry trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in training and coaching sales teams is a plus
• Experience with property management and corporate relocation services is beneficial
