About the Role:
As a Client Advisor, youll be the key link between homebuyers and builders. Your job is to guide customers through their home-buying journey—right from the first conversation to closing the deal—while ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential buyers via calls, virtual meets, or site visits to pitch projects and drive bookings.- Attend qualified leads, present project options, and bring clients onsite.- Assist in negotiations between buyers and builders.- Build strong client relationships and encourage referrals.- Cross-sell NoBroker services to enhance the customer experience.- Nurture leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet targets.- Stay updated on real estate trends and local market insights.
