Knowledge various micro-markets & properties: Malls, High-Streets, Mixed-Use.
Must know MS Office, presentation skill, communication skill
Responsible for identifying quality Real Estate Supply in the market and help the team with the right kind of supplies.
Responsible for maintaining the supply database
