Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Manager will oversee day-to-day property management activities, handle lease administration, manage leases, and liaise with tenants and landlords. The role also includes coordinating commercial real estate transactions and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The Real Estate Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize property performance and maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate regulations
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
