Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for people, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for HR leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles, e.g., Real Estate, IT, finance, healthcare].
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
