Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Manager. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management, handle lease administration processes, and manage all aspects of real estate and leasing activities. Responsibilities include maintaining tenant relationships, evaluating commercial real estate opportunities, negotiating leases, and ensuring efficient property management. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to support the company’s operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Expertise in Leases, including negotiation, review, and compliance
• In-depth understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of local property laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in relevant property management and leasing software is a plus
