Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and practical experience in construction management or site supervision. This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ongoing construction projects and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide input during planning and design phases to optimize construction feasibility.
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with local building regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or real estate project execution.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
