Job Description

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable properties for expansion and operations of the hospital network. The role involves evaluating real estate opportunities, managing lease agreements, coordinating with legal and construction teams, and maintaining a strong understanding of healthcare infrastructure requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential properties for clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospital expansion.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis including location demographics, accessibility, and cost-efficiency.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with landlords and property owners.
  • Coordinate due diligence (legal, regulatory, compliance checks).
  • Liaise with legal advisors, architects, and project teams for property acquisition and setup.
  • Maintain a database of leased and owned properties.
  • Ensure all documentation, approvals, and licenses are obtained for hospital operations.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor movements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to property acquisition and rentals.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of real estate laws and lease documentation.
  • Experience with healthcare, retail, or commercial real estate.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of location strategy and expansion planning.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and site plans (preferred).
  • Good networking skills with realtors and property consultants.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • MBA or real estate certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare or retail sector is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

  • Role involves local travel for site visits and property inspections.
  • Coordination with internal departments like Projects, Legal, and Finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
