Real Estate & Equity Investment Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Investment & Real Estate Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stock markets (equities, F&O) and the ability to conduct in-depth research in the real estate sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting investment strategies through actionable insights across both domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Market Research:

• Conduct technical and fundamental analysis of equity and F&O markets.
• Track market trends, economic indicators, and global events that impact financial markets.
• Generate trade recommendations and investment reports based on technical patterns and data analysis.
• Stay updated with sectoral movements, earnings reports, and policy changes.

Real Estate Research:

• Analyze residential, commercial, and industrial real estate markets.
• Study pricing trends, demand-supply data, new developments, and regulatory updates.
• Conduct location-specific research for investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed property investment reports and market feasibility studies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• Proven experience in stock market research and/or real estate analysis.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, TradingView, and real estate data platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NISM or NSE certifications in Equity/Derivatives (for market research)
• Knowledge of RERA regulations, REITs, and property valuation methods
• Experience with real estate investment modeling
