As an Investment & Real Estate Research Analyst at the company, your role involves conducting detailed research in both stock markets (equities, F&O) and the real estate sector to provide valuable insights supporting investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct technical and fundamental analysis of equity and F&O markets - Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and global events influencing financial markets - Generate trade recommendations and investment reports based on technical patterns and data analysis - Stay abreast of sectoral movements, earnings reports, and policy changes In the real estate sector, your responsibilities include: - Analyzing residential, commercial, and industrial real estate markets - Studying pricing trends, demand-supply data, new developments, and regulatory updates - Conducting location-specific research to identify investment opportunities - Preparing detailed property investment reports and market feasibility studies Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field - Previous experience in stock market research and/or real estate analysis - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, TradingView, and real estate data platforms - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize large data sets - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications include: - NISM or NSE certifications in Equity/Derivatives for market research - Knowledge of RERA regulations, REITs, and property valuation methods - Experience with real estate investment modeling You will have exposure to both financial and real estate investment industries, collaborate with a rapidly expanding advisory team, and have ample learning and growth prospects in multi-asset research.
