Real Estate & Equity Investment Analyst

As an Investment & Real Estate Research Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for conducting detailed research in both stock markets (equities, F&O) and the real estate sector. Your key role will involve providing valuable insights to support investment strategies in these domains. In the realm of stock market research, you will be expected to perform technical and fundamental analysis of equity and F&O markets. Your tasks will include monitoring market trends, economic indicators, and global events that influence financial markets. Additionally, you will need to generate trade recommendations and investment reports based on technical patterns and data analysis, while staying abreast of sectoral movements, earnings reports, and policy changes. In the real estate sector, your responsibilities will revolve around analyzing residential, commercial, and industrial real estate markets. This will involve studying pricing trends, demand-supply data, new developments, and regulatory updates. You will also be required to conduct location-specific research to identify investment opportunities and prepare detailed property investment reports and market feasibility studies. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field. Previous experience in stock market research and/or real estate analysis is essential. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, TradingView, and real estate data platforms is a must. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize large data sets are key attributes for success in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also crucial. Preferred qualifications include NISM or NSE certifications in Equity/Derivatives for market research, knowledge of RERA regulations, REITs, and property valuation methods, as well as experience with real estate investment modeling.
