Real Estate Consultant

As a Real Estate Counselor at our company, your main role will be to guide builders and developers in utilizing our CRM software effectively and enhancing their sales and lead management processes. Your extensive real estate background and strong tech-savvy skills will be key in excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Consult clients on the usage of real estate CRM and recommend best practices - Conduct training sessions on lead tracking, sales automation, and reporting - Customize CRM workflows to suit the specific needs of real estate businesses - Provide support during the implementation phase and ensure ongoing client success - Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product enhancements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate counseling or CRM advisory - Profound understanding of real estate sales and lead cycles - Familiarity with CRMs such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. - Exceptional communication and client-handling abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in onboarding teams onto CRM or other tech platforms - Knowledge of property portals and digital tools would be advantageous If you are passionate about real estate and have a knack for technology, this role offers a competitive salary along with incentives.
