Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property purchasing, selling, and leasing decisions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing property recommendations, conducting market research, arranging and accompanying clients on property visits, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth closure of transactions. In addition, the role may involve collaborating with teams, attending training sessions, and staying informed about market trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in areas such as Real Estate and Real Property
Strong Sales skills, including client management and understanding client needs
Expertise in Negotiation to achieve favorable results for clients
Experience in providing or receiving Training to enhance skill sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations
Flexibility to work in an on-site environment in Ahmedabad
