The General Manager will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth operational workflows. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, managing customer interactions, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of experience in real estate sales
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of the
luxury real estate market

Proficiency in Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
Analytical, strategic-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
