Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting market research, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions. The role involves negotiating deals, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and working closely with stakeholders to meet client needs. The consultant will also participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Skilled in Negotiation and providing expert advice on real estate investments
• Ability to conduct market research and assist clients with property inquiries
• Proficient in Training and staying updated with industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
