Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their property needs, providing market analysis and property consultation, and assisting clients throughout the buying or selling process. The role involves sales, negotiation, and the ability to offer expert advice on real property investments. Additionally, the consultant will participate in continuous training to stay updated with market trends and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
• Proficient in Sales and Negotiation techniques
• Ability to provide training and mentorship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in real estate consulting or related fields is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Note: 6 days working (Wednesday to Monday)
