Position: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveWork Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: Client Calling & Lead Follow-Up Saturday & Sunday: Client Meetings & Project Site Visits Monday: Weekly Off Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily outbound calling to prospective clients and generate leads. Follow up with existing leads to convert them into active buyers. Explain property details, project highlights, and investment opportunities. Schedule and coordinate client site visits during weekends. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
