Job Summary:

The Real Estate Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves understanding client needs, providing property recommendations, managing negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transaction process while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in property buying, selling, and leasing processes.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options.
• Conduct property site visits and guide clients through legal and financial processes.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
• Maintain strong relationships with property developers, builders, and brokers.
• Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and legal documentation.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and field activities.
• Prepare property presentations, agreements, and documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
