• Facilitating discussions between property owners and food/hospitality businesses

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in real estate projects tailored to hospitality or food-based operations
• Understanding of both commercial and destination-led formats — from city cafés to hill-stay conversions
• Familiarity with compliance areas such as FSSAI, fire safety, tourism norms, and local municipal regulations
• Ability to interpret space from a
